Role Overview

As a Client Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and prospects, ensuring strong relationships, strategic alignment, and successful project execution. You will bridge the gap between clients and our creative team, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, account management, and business development skills.

What you'll do:

  • Project Lead: Work with a team of designers and manage demanding and extensive branding projects from the initial contact to implementation. Your broad expertise and overview can be relied upon.
  • Account Manager: Act as a trusted partner for customers, external partners, and project members from different creative disciplines, recognizing specific problem areas in good time to develop suitable solutions.
  • Planning Pro: Ensure that projects are technically and visually convincing and also economically successful. You are not afraid of project controlling, creating calculations and project plans to ensure projects run optimally in terms of costs, timing, and resource use.
  • Business Developer: Cultivate and grow client relationships, fostering partnerships and identifying new opportunities. Simultaneously, coordinate pitches and lead new client acquisitions while taking the lead in acquiring new clients.
  • Brand Experience Guardian: Take responsibility for ensuring that the office environment reflects the PSG brand experience.

Who you are:

  • 6 years+ of experience managing client relationships and project management in an agency, preferably a branding or design creative agency.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and guide efforts to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of branding and design trends and priciples, with the ability to advise and guide clients effectively.
  • Ability to handle negotiations and contracts effectively and on eye level with clients.
  • Experience in successfully executing complex projects and a strong understanding of the interplay between different disciplines within an agency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Requirement: Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
